Our results show that, neutral amino-acids have tow protons (Diprotic) saturated with a positive charge when pHi is low, ionized group carboxylic raise with increasing of pH, So, the amino acid become binary ionized; neutral electrically (zwitterions) at approximately pH equal 6. In high degree of pH (basic solution), the amino acid liberate proton and thus the total charge became negative of amino acid. Therefore, the basic behavior of amino acid in acidic solution and a acidic behavior in alkaline solution too, So-called Amphoteric propriety behavior, which plays an important role in resistance to charge changes in pH near the constants points (pKa, pKb), known as an organization solutions(Buffering region). These results can be exploited in various practical techniques of amino acid separation (Chromatography) in order to quantify and qualify amino acids, identified its importance role in homeostasis, and its impacts on the dynamic properties of peptides and different proteins classes, to determine the spatial structure and their relationship with function. 2010-06-01T00:00:00Z
